Each session is tailored to the clients need.  From the time you walk into Serenity your session begins and you immediately begin to unwind.  Somatic therapy incorporates so much more then just bodywork.  Serenity is what the name proclaims.  A place for you to let the outside world disappear.  A moment in time to disconnect and center your being.   Our time together could include bodywork, energy work, guided meditation, laughing and/or crying, drumming, chanting, yoga, tarot, having tea and chatting or quiet reflection the session is designed just for you.  Somatic Sessions are generally a little longer then an hour
